Order Cancellation Policy

At Guptaji Chandan, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and simple.

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please email us at support@guptajichandan.com or call our customer care number.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return once the product is delivered by referring to our Return Policy.

3. Automatic Order Cancellations

Orders may be automatically cancelled in the following cases:

• Payment failure or incomplete payment
• Invalid or incomplete address details
• Product out of stock or unavailable

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a payment has been made for a cancelled order, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method.
